Silsby Media was founded in 2010 by brothers Buck and Mike Silsby, with a shared passion for creativity, craftsmanship, and the sign and graphics industry. Buck Silsby began his career in the screen-printing world in 1979, working for S&S Promotions before becoming self-employed and building a lifetime of experience in the industry. Mike brought a background in graphic design and website development, giving the company a strong creative and digital foundation. Together, the brothers became intrigued by the growing vehicle wrap industry and saw an opportunity to build something special. Silsby Media began humbly out of a storage unit in 2010 and has grown over the past 16 years into an 8,000-square-foot facility where their team brings ideas to life every day. From vehicle wraps and signage to large-scale graphics and custom projects, Silsby Media has grown through hard work, family values, creativity, and a commitment to doing things the right way. What started as a small operation between two brothers has become a full-service media and graphics company serving businesses, schools, organizations, and customers throughout Oklahoma and beyond.

Paul leads Silsby Media's shop floor as both Lead Installer and Shop Manager, overseeing every vehicle wrap and graphics installation from start to finish. An Avery Certified installer, he brings hands-on craftsmanship and a sharp eye for quality to every project, while also managing scheduling, workflow, and team training to keep the shop running smoothly. Paul's blend of technical expertise and leadership is what keeps Silsby Media's installations consistent, durable, and client-ready every time.

Olivia Rossier
Olivia keeps Silsby Media running like clockwork as Production Manager, coordinating schedules, workflow, and projects to make sure every job stays on track from start to finish. With a sharp eye for detail and a knack for juggling multiple projects at once, she's the driving force behind the team's efficiency — anticipating bottlenecks before they happen and keeping communication clear across the shop. Olivia's organization and follow-through are what make Silsby Media's production process run smoothly, day in and day out.
